[NO] Mas Olas Todos Santos
aka. Rancho Pescadero
They changed their name but not their problems

2 Found Dead at Lisa's Harper's Rancho Pescadero now rebranded as Kimpton's Mas Olas Todos Santos.

Generator
Frequent, intrusive generator noise and diesel pollution. Generator noise has
been measured at 105, negatively impacting the quality of life for neighboring
residents. Legal level for a commercial site is 65-68.
Sanitation
Noxious sewer / effluvia smell from inadequate sanitation facilities at the
resort. The resort expansion promised a stand-alone sanitation utility which is
not in evidence, as we are experiencing regular traffic of sanitation trucks
coming and going from the Mas Olas property.
Roadway Encroachment:
Illegal fencing encroaching onto the public roadway, causing traffic congestion a
dangerous intersection as well as creating a hazardous, unsafe roadway
conditions, with special concern as to the movement of emergency vehicles.
Legal road width is 11 meters wide. The road is currently approximately 6 meters
wide.
We recognize the PericúesI Indigenous people who inhabit the southern cape region (from Pescadero to Cabo San Lucas). Known as maritime experts, the Pericú used sophisticated wooden rafts to navigate the sea, diving for pearls and fishing, which were their primary means of subsistence. The archaeological record for the Pericú territory extends at least as far back as the terminal Pleistocene, about 12,000 years ago, before the area became a farming and fishing community.
